A SAFE AND SIMPLE PROCEDURE
The Liposuction procedure is performed by using a motor-powered cannula that vibrates minutely to loosen fat cells from the body for easier suction. The cannula is moved back and forth within the treatment area, removing fat deposits through suction. If many sites are being treated, your surgeon will then move on to the area, working to keep the incisions as inconspicuous as possible. Liposuction is done on an outpatient basis at our clinic. General anesthesia is usually used for safety and comfort. As the advantage of Liposuction, it provides a less invasive alternative for body contouring than many plastic surgery procedures. Therefore, the incisions are very small, generally only require a few stitches to close, and can often be hidden in natural body creases within few weeks.
