This is Terri ,Australian, writing. I arrived back in Bali yesterday.

I just wanted to write and thank you for your outstanding service. The way you treated me and my mother was fantastic, this was not expected.

Your services medically were truly amazing, the way I was treated in hospital and by your staff at your clinic was supurb. It's not often that we receive praise for a job or service well done, most people only make contact when something goes wrong.

I wanted to write and thank you personally for all that you and your staff did for us and the outstanding service we received. I have friends that I will be recommending to you for your services.

I wish you every success with your business. My friend is considering the nose surgery. I will be in touch regarding that.

You will most probably see me at some other time.

I am back in Singapore safely. Thank you for all your care while I was in Thailand. My surgery experience was great. Dr. Pitchet, you are a great doctor and I am very pleased with the result. To all the staff, thank you very much. You all made my surgery experience in Bangkok a very pleasant one. Thank you Tik for staying in the hospital with me and taking good care of me.

Hi Dr Pichet and staff.

I actually arrived in England at 10.30 am on 24.11.03. The temperature at the airport was 2 degrees C. I apologise for not emailing yesterday, but we were both shattered. I had a shower, clean, dilated and then went straight to bed as did Pat after nipping out and getting some food stuff in. Words can not express the gratitude I owe for the surgery and after treatment you and your clinic staff gave us. In an early correspondence you Dr Pichet said you would treat me as a friend. Both Pat and I feel we were treated more like family than a friend. For this, we feel greatly honoured. I will definitely be back in 2 years time or sooner for the hair transplant. There is nobody better to do the surgery than yourself and staff. I would not contemplate going to any body else as we too feel you are a part of our family.My heart is in all the words I write and everything is the truth. I would not like to give you or any body else the wrong impressions about me or anything I have done. Please keep up the excellent work, and continue making others as happy as you have made me. Please give our regards to all of your staff and a big thank you to all. You have a beautiful country and beautiful people as a population. Please give our love to your beautiful Wife family.
